How your information is used

This website belongs to Sheetal Mody, yoga instructor & dietitian in Pune. Health information is personal, so here is exactly what the site collects and what happens to it.

Free diet plan

Your answers are used to work out your plan and are then discarded. Nothing is saved, unless you add a phone number or email and tick the box asking Sheetal to follow up. In that case your name, contact details, answers and result are saved so she can get in touch.

Pre-consultation form

Your answers are saved so Sheetal can prepare for your consultation and plan your diet. You give consent by ticking the box on the form.

Booking

Appointments are booked through Cal.com, which handles your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.

Who sees it, and for how long

• What you send is stored on a secured server in India. Only Sheetal and the person who maintains this website can access it.
• It is never sold or shared, and never used for anything except your care and replies to you.
• When a form arrives, Sheetal gets an email that it has come in. The email doesn't contain your answers.
• Your information is kept while you are a client, and deleted when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email healthwellnesssheetalmody@gmail.com and it will be done promptly.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the booking calendar from Cal.com.
